Cooperative of protected housing under a concerted regime in the surroundings of the Plaza de la Industria and very close to Traviesas (Plaza de América), a twenty-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, made up of 28 protected homes with two and three bedrooms, some of them with them with terrace, and a penthouse with two bedrooms. All homes include a parking space and storage room and their expected award prices are below €200,000 (plus VAT).

Project for the constitution of a protected housing cooperative in tranfer of use that undertakes the promotion of 56 homes, annexes and commercial premises in the Valdecorvos Residential Estate.
In view of the development of the following three phases of the Residential Polygon of San Paio de Navia that promotes the Xunta of Galicia, Pedra Seixa SCGV was stablished.
The entire area is developed for the construction of sheltered housing in a concerted manner, with a price the useful square meter of euros 1,364.40 and euros 818.64 for the annexes (garage and storage space). For a house of 90 square meters useful with parking space and storage the maximum price would be 149.811,12 euros plus VAT (10%). If opting for a house of 120 square meters the maximum price would be placed at euro 190,743.12, plus VAT. In the case of detached single-family homes this price could be increased by ten percent.
As they are public protection houses, purchasers should not have any property on their property and do not exceed their income in 6.5 times IPREM (comparing this maximum with the general tax base and the saving of the last tax return filed).
